Game 3 of the Washington Wizards vs the Atlanta Hawks takes place at 5:30 EST in Atlanta. The Wizards lead the series 2-0 and look to get the first road win of the series.

John Wall has had an outstanding playoffs so far. He averages 32 points, 11.5 assists, and 4.5 rebounds per game. Not only has Wall been playing well but Bradley Beal has too. Beal is averaging 26.5 points, 3 assists and 2.5 rebounds per game.

One of the big keys to Washington’s success is having great guards, including one that can drive and one who can shoot from near-anywhere on the court. The Wizards have been playing great and it looks like they will continue to play well throughout the first round.

The Hawks haven’t been playing too well but good enough to make each game a tight game. Paul Millsap has averaged 23 points, 6 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per game in playoffs so far. Millsap has is averaging more points per game but less assists and rebounds per game than he did in the regular season. Dennis Schroder has been playing surprisingly well averaging 24 points, 7.5 assists, and 3.5 assists per game during playoffs.

One big thing Atlanta needs to do to win is improve their defense. John Wall and Bradley Beal have been tearing them apart. If the Hawks can stop at least one of them, they could potentially win.

Atlanta has had a few major suprises, including Taurean Prince and Kent Bazemore. Prince has averaged 13 points and 5 rebounds per game while Kent Bazemore has averaged 10 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists per game.

This series so far has been great and will hopefully continue to be. Don’t forget to watch the game tomorrow at 5:30 EST as the Wizards look to take the 3-0 lead in Atlanta and the Hawks look to win their first game of the series.
