Jon Jones reclaims UFC Light Heavyweight Title via 3rd round KO against Daniel Cormier

UFC 214- After nearly a two-year absence from fighting, Jon Jones has returned. He defeated the two time defending champ and long-time rival Daniel Cormier by knockout at the 3:01 mark of the third round. Jones (23-1) is often considered the greatest fighter of all time, and he proved it once again. After the fight Jones had nothing but praise for his opponent:

Jones has had a career shrouded in mystery. Outside the ring he has been arrested for felony hit and run charges, and served a ban for testing positive for UFC-outlawed substances. But despite his mistakes no one can take away from his accomplishments. Jones is the youngest champion in UFC history, he has the record for most wins, most title defenses, and longest win streak. Whatever happened before is in the past for Jones. Love him or hate him, he is back, and the rest of the UFC better watch out.
